History

Founded in 1994, Top Premium Finance was established as a captive insurance agency to facilitate the in-house needs of the founder's personal lines agency. This relationship facilitated the delivery of more competitive payment plans, superior service and unique features. In 1999, Top Premium Finance began marketing its financing program to external brokers and agents and quickly became a key player in the premium finance industry. With a deep understanding of broker and agent needs, Top Premium Finance developed and implemented some of premium finance's most ground breaking and industry-changing contract terms. By 2001, Top Premium Finance had introduced an innovative, industry-leading, web-based commercial rater that is unmatched for its simplicity and unique features. With this foundation, Top Premium Finance has built a solid reputation among personal and commercial brokers.

In 2008, Top Premium Finance joined forces with Premier America Credit Union and gained access to the low rates only a credit union can provide.
